Thao Tran, PMH-NP

Thao Tran is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from George Washington University. Born and raised in Vietnam, she moved to the U.S. to pursue her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Health Science, followed by a degree in Nursing at Stony Brook University.

With a strong foundation in psychology research and nursing, she is passionate about providing holistic psychiatric care. Her approach focuses on meeting patients where they are, understanding their unique needs, and delivering evidence-based, personalized treatment. She is committed to continuous learning and actively expands her expertise in pharmacology, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. By deepening her understanding of the mind, she empowers patients to gain self-awareness and develop practical coping skills for life's challenges.
